The Assistant Manager II plays a key role in managing the daily functions of the store, which encompasses inventory control, merchandising strategies, and measures for loss prevention. This position involves supporting the Store Manager in mentoring and developing team members while maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming atmosphere for customers. Ideal candidates will possess previous retail management experience and be capable of handling physical responsibilities, including lifting items weighing up to 55 lbs. Effective communication, organizational abilities, and strong problem-solving skills are crucial for success in this role.
