**Overnight Team Leader**
The Overnight Team Leader is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing team members, and upholding exceptional standards of customer service and product display. This role entails staffing management, profit and loss oversight, and guiding employees to meet sales targets while ensuring a secure work atmosphere. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have 2-3 years of experience in retail, including a minimum of one year in a managerial role. Candidates must demonstrate robust communication, conflict resolution, and financial analysis abilities to successfully lead the team and optimize store performance.
