The Patient Contact Representative plays a crucial role in arranging patient appointments, collecting demographic information, and facilitating care coordination through phone and online channels. This position also involves maintaining electronic records, addressing patient questions, and executing a range of administrative duties to assist the department. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED along with a minimum of one year of professional experience, ideally within a healthcare environment. Competence in computer usage and word processing is essential, and familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous.
