Job description
The security specialist is responsible for delivering ongoing security oversight through foot patrols, assigned locations, and surveillance monitoring. They are expected to respond promptly and efficiently to emergencies and incidents while ensuring a noticeable presence to discourage criminal behavior. Applicants must be a minimum of 21 years of age and either hold or be eligible to acquire an Arkansas CSO license. The position requires the ability to carry a firearm, successfully complete a federal background investigation, and undertake physically demanding responsibilities.
