**Job Title: RD Common Pool Manager**
The RD Common Pool Manager directs a centralized group of validation engineers tasked with supervising environmental, thermal, and regulatory assessments for various AI server product lines. This position is accountable for enhancing the allocation of laboratory resources, maintaining adherence to safety regulations, and implementing corrective measures for any technical discrepancies. Applicants should possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering. The ideal candidate must have significant experience in hardware validation, managing cross-functional teams, and navigating global regulatory standards.
