**Merchandise Manager**
The Merchandise Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution of merchandising and operational functions, which encompasses truck processing, inventory management, and adherence to visual merchandising standards. This role includes providing leadership on the sales floor, strategic workload organization, and mentoring team members to maintain a store environment that prioritizes customer readiness. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in retail leadership. The position demands physical stamina for extended periods of standing, the capability to lift weights up to 50 pounds, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
