**Supplier Development Engineer**
In this role, you will establish and execute strategies for supplier development, working alongside engineering and procurement teams to evolve suppliers into key strategic partners. Key responsibilities encompass overseeing production part approval processes, assessing supplier quality metrics, and spearheading ongoing improvement initiatives. Applicants need to possess a bachelor’s degree in an engineering field and should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in areas such as quality, reliability, or supply chain management. Proficiency in quality standards, including ISO 9001 and AS9100, is essential, and the candidate must be prepared for up to 50% travel.
