**Merchandise Manager**
The Merchandise Manager is responsible for spearheading merchandising strategies and overseeing operational tasks, such as truck processing, inventory management, and maintaining visual display standards. This role includes providing coverage as a manager on duty and guiding team members to uphold store conditions and meet corporate standards. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in retail leadership. The position demands physical endurance for prolonged standing, the capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds, and a willingness to work a varied schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
