**Job Title: Manager of Technical Operations**
The Manager of Technical Operations is responsible for overseeing factory operations related to in-region postponements, guiding teams in launching production, developing processes, and ensuring ongoing performance. This role involves defining strategic direction for the team, managing resources across various functions, and fostering continual improvement to achieve targets concerning cost, quality, and delivery. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, including at least 3 years in a managerial role. Essential qualifications include expertise in automation, PLC programming, and data analysis tools, as well as excellent communication abilities for engaging with senior leadership.
