**Job Title: Pre-K Supervisor**
The Pre-K Supervisor will oversee daily after-school initiatives, ensuring adherence to state regulations and managing essential operational responsibilities such as attendance and staffing. This role requires maintaining open lines of communication with families and working alongside team members to create a supportive and stimulating environment. Ideal candidates should hold a minimum of an Associate’s degree in early childhood education or a similar discipline, along with applicable experience in teaching and supervising staff. Additionally, applicants must successfully clear a background check and fulfill the physical requirements of the position, which includes the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
