The Property Management Lead plays a crucial role in executing both preventive and corrective maintenance on various building systems, such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. This role also includes overseeing vendor partnerships and guaranteeing that store teams adhere to safety protocols and operational standards to sustain an efficient environment. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification and be a minimum of 18 years of age.
