**Ophthalmic Surgical Technician**
The Ophthalmic Surgical Technician is responsible for the management of surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment, guaranteeing a sterile environment throughout procedures. On days without surgeries, the technician’s duties shift to general clinic setup, administrative tasks, and providing assistance to the surgical team. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, along with relevant experience in a medical, surgical, or optical setting. Essential qualifications include excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to uphold sterile protocols.
