**Job Title: Merchandise Manager**
The Merchandise Manager is responsible for the execution of store operations, which encompasses managing truck deliveries, overseeing inventory processes, and upholding visual merchandising guidelines. This role also involves providing leadership on the sales floor, coordinating workload distribution, and training team members to maintain a customer-focused environment. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in retail leadership. The position demands physical stamina for extended periods, the ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds, and the flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
