Job description
**Job Title: Receiving Team Leader**
The Receiving Team Leader is responsible for managing the effective functioning of the receiving department, which encompasses aspects such as freight management, back stock control, and handling damaged inventory. This individual will lead a team of associates and take on the role of Manager on Duty to guarantee seamless store operations. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of 6 months of experience in a mid- to large-sized retail environment. The position demands physical endurance to lift weights of up to 50 pounds and requires availability for early morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
