**Specialty Sales Team Leader**
The Specialty Sales Team Leader is responsible for managing daily operations, visual merchandising, and enhancing guest experiences across various departments to achieve sales targets. This role involves leading, mentoring, and developing a team of consultants while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and compliance standards within the store. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and must be at least 18 years old. The position necessitates the flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends, along with the physical ability to manage merchandise and stay active throughout the work shift.
