Job description
As a Behavior Technician, you will provide individualized support to children with autism, executing tailored behavior intervention plans with supervision from a BCBA. Your responsibilities will encompass teaching communication and social skills and employing research-based methods to mitigate challenging behaviors. Applicants should be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or GED, and be able to pass a background check. Additionally, you must be physically fit enough to lift up to 50 pounds and be prepared to pursue Registered Behavior Technician certification.
