Job description

As a Behavior Interventionist, you will engage directly with children diagnosed with autism to carry out tailored behavior intervention strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your responsibilities will include teaching vital communication and social skills while addressing challenging behaviors using proven techniques. Applicants must be 18 years or older and possess a high school diploma or GED, along with the capability to successfully pass a background screening. Additionally, you should be physically fit enough to lift weights of up to 50 pounds and perform tasks that involve squatting and bending.
