Job description
The intern will deliver technical assistance for both PC hardware and software, while also ensuring adherence to information management standards. Responsibilities will include managing work orders, updating device inventories, and aiding in the resolution of network and security challenges. Applicants must be currently enrolled in a university and pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher. Required qualifications include expertise in Microsoft Windows, alongside strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication abilities.
