Job description
As a Behavior Technician, you will engage in one-on-one support with children diagnosed with autism, executing tailored behavior intervention strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This position focuses on enhancing communication and social capabilities while applying research-supported methods to minimize disruptive behaviors. Applicants should be at least 18 years of age, possess a high school diploma or GED, and be eligible to clear a background investigation. The role requires physical stamina, including the capability to lift up to 50 pounds, and you will need to secure your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification during the onboarding process.
