Certified Medical Assistant or Medical Assistant

The Medical Assistant plays a crucial role in preparing patients for their exams, taking vital signs, and conducting clinical tasks including phlebotomy and wound care. Responsibilities also include overseeing laboratory specimens, ensuring medical equipment is in good working order, and accurately recording patient care details within electronic medical records. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and hold an active BLS certification. Preference will be given to candidates with a professional Medical Assistant certification (RMA, AAMA, NCCT, CMAC, or AMCA) and a minimum of one year of relevant experience.
