Job description
**Job Title: Registered Nurse**
The Registered Nurse delivers skilled, thorough nursing care for patients in an acute care setting. This role involves assessing patient conditions, developing care plans, and executing those plans effectively. The nurse also serves as a patient advocate, supports family education, and works closely with the interdisciplinary team to enhance patient results. Applicants should hold a valid Registered Nurse license, possess a minimum of one year of experience or have successfully completed a residency program. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. Additionally, BLS certification is mandatory, with ACLS and PALS certifications required based on unit specifications.
