Job description
Position Overview:
Deliver empathetic and individualized direct care to patients in the comfort of their residences. Safeguard patient well-being and adhere to all agency guidelines and regulations. Applicants are required to have an active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and a valid BLS certification. Strong communication abilities are essential, along with a readiness to commit to 12-hour shifts.
