Job description
The Registered Nurse will conduct patient evaluations, implement nursing actions, and preserve precise medical records. This role involves creating and updating interdisciplinary care plans to guarantee optimal patient outcomes. Applicants should possess an Associate’s degree in nursing and a valid Registered Nurse license from the state. Preference will be given to those with at least one year of experience in a psychiatric setting, along with necessary CPR and de-escalation training certifications.
