**Registered Nurse**
The Registered Nurse provides patient care tailored to different age groups by utilizing the nursing process, encompassing assessment, diagnosis, and the application of treatment strategies. This role necessitates collaboration with the healthcare team to streamline procedures, distribute responsibilities within the unit, and guarantee safe and cost-efficient patient results. Applicants must be graduates from an accredited School of Nursing and possess a valid Registered Professional Nurse license in New York State. A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred, with the stipulation to enroll in a BSN program within two years of employment.
