**Job Title: Nursing Services Supervisor**
The Nursing Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily clinical and operational functions to guarantee that care delivered is safe, effective, and focused on the needs of patients. This position also includes supervising nursing personnel, tracking quality improvement measures, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. Applicants should possess at least an Associate Degree in Nursing or a higher qualification, along with 1-2 years of relevant professional experience, ideally including leadership roles. Essential certifications for this role include RN licensure, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
