Job Summary
The RN Nursing Services Supervisor PRN is responsible for overseeing nursing operations on an as-needed basis, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical standards. This role entails the leadership and management of nursing staff while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols.
Responsibilities
- Provide oversight for nursing operations and staff management during assigned times.
- Ensure adherence to clinical guidelines and patient care standards.
- Assist in training and mentorship of nursing personnel to foster professional development.

Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice.
