**Charge Nurse**
The Charge Nurse manages nursing care for residents, guides staff members, and guarantees the provision of high-quality care throughout their shift. Key responsibilities include administering medications, ensuring precise documentation is maintained, and managing shift operations effectively. Applicants must have graduated from an accredited nursing program and possess a valid Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania or a Licensed Practical Nurse license in Ohio.
