The Plant Operations Manager is responsible for the daily management of campus operations, which encompasses maintenance, landscaping, and infrastructure management. This role involves directing personnel, overseeing capital improvement initiatives, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory requirements. Applicants should possess an associate degree in engineering or facilities management and have 5–10 years of pertinent maintenance experience. A deep understanding of building systems and prior supervisory experience are crucial qualifications for this position.
