Job description
The Registered Nurse delivers outstanding care, comfort, and assurance to patients and their families in a specialized rehabilitation medical facility. Key responsibilities encompass conducting nursing assessments, administering medications, and keeping precise medical records. Applicants must have graduated from an accredited nursing program and possess an active Texas Board of Nurse Examiners license. A Bachelor’s degree in nursing is mandatory, along with a valid CPR certification.
