Job description
**Job Title: Registered Nurse**
The Registered Nurse delivers patient-focused, evidence-informed nursing care using a collaborative interprofessional method for treatment, research, and advocacy. Responsibilities include evaluating patient needs, creating care plans, and executing clinical procedures, all while ensuring a safe and professional atmosphere. Candidates should have a valid Wisconsin RN license and either possess or be willing to acquire a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within five years. Furthermore, applicants must have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and meet certain clinical competencies related to the surgical specialty department.
