**Job Title: Peer Support Specialist**
The Peer Support Specialist offers behavioral health assistance and ensures coordinated care for individuals dealing with substance use disorders. Responsibilities include promoting patient involvement, leading community outreach efforts, and overseeing transitions between medical and addiction treatment services. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, with preference given to those holding an associate or bachelor’s degree. Required certifications include a valid CADC, CPRS, or CRSS, along with a current CPR certification.
