Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities include executing painting, general upkeep, and repair work for residential units overseen by the South Portland Housing Authority. Provide assistance during emergency weather situations and ensure effective communication with residents. Candidates should possess at least three years of experience in maintenance, painting, or skilled trades. A valid state driver’s license is required, and preference will be given to those with a high school diploma or GED.
