**Job Title: Director of Market Leadership**
The Director of Market Leadership is responsible for overseeing TRICARE contract operations within a designated region to guarantee the provision of high-quality integrated healthcare services. This role includes managing network operations, fostering provider relationships, and implementing strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing Military Treatment Facilities and bolstering the Military Health System. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare leadership, demonstrate proficiency in strategic planning, and have a good understanding of TRICARE or the Military Health System. It is essential for candidates to be U.S. citizens and capable of securing a government security clearance.
