Job description
**Job Title: Resident Care Specialist**
The Resident Care Specialist is responsible for delivering direct care, oversight, and safety for at-risk youth in a juvenile residential setting. Key responsibilities entail managing youth behavior, documenting daily activities, performing routine facility inspections, and safeguarding the health and well-being of all residents. Applicants should be at least 21 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent qualification. Additionally, candidates must successfully complete a background check, undergo fingerprinting, and pass a drug screening, along with possessing a valid driver’s license from Oklahoma.
