Job description
**Job Title: Direct Care Staff for Adjudicated Youth**
In this role, you will provide essential care, oversight, and security for adjudicated youth in a residential setting. Your responsibilities will include managing residents’ behaviors through appropriate interventions, keeping detailed records of activities, and maintaining the facility’s safety and health standards. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and have completed high school or obtained an equivalent qualification. Successful candidates will need to pass a background check, undergo fingerprinting and drug screening, and possess a valid driver’s license from Oklahoma.
