Job Summary
The Fire Alarm Project Manager is responsible for overseeing fire alarm system projects from inception to completion. This position demands a strong focus on project planning, resource allocation, and delivery within stipulated timeframes and budgets.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of fire alarm projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and subcontractors, to ensure smooth project progression.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards during project implementation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess project progress and quality of work.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in fire alarm systems installation and project management.
- Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations related to fire alarm systems.
