Job description
**Retail Customer Experience Coordinator**
The Retail Customer Experience Coordinator is responsible for managing the front-end operations of the store, ensuring that customers receive timely service and that loyalty initiatives are effectively promoted. This individual will train and mentor store associates, oversee POS coverage, and uphold a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of experience in retail, along with at least six months in a leadership role. The position demands a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends, in addition to strong communication and multitasking abilities.
