Job description
The Senior Transportation Planner plays a crucial role in overseeing or assisting with intricate transportation planning initiatives across state, regional, and local spheres. This position also involves spearheading business development activities, orchestrating stakeholder engagement, and delivering technical research and support. Applicants should possess either a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in urban planning, transportation planning, or a similar discipline. Additionally, a minimum of 7 years of experience in transit planning, public transportation management, or long-term transportation planning is necessary.
