Job description
**Job Title: Supervisor**
The Supervisor is responsible for managing front-end store associates, ensuring that customers receive outstanding service and effectively promoting loyalty initiatives. This role includes training team members, organizing POS coverage, and upholding a clean, safe, and well-ordered store environment. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year in retail and six months of experience in a leadership capacity. The position requires flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and weekends, along with robust communication and organizational abilities.
