Job description
**Sterile Processing Operations Manager**
The Sterile Processing Operations Manager is responsible for performing thorough assessments of HLD workflows and compliance across 16 locations to pinpoint risks and establish standardized operational practices. This role also includes oversight of staff training and competency verification, acting as the regional expert to promote operational excellence and cost efficiency. Applicants should have a Central Service Tech certification from CBSPD or HSPA within six months of hiring and possess relevant experience that ranges from 2 to 7 years based on their educational background. Leadership experience is favored, and specialized certifications such as Instrument Specialist or Certified Endoscope Reprocessor are highly desirable.
