Job description
The supervisor will oversee the implementation of merchandising standards, coordinate truck deliveries, and facilitate the effective movement of products to the sales area. This role also involves guiding and mentoring team members to deliver outstanding customer service while upholding cleanliness and safety protocols within the store. Applicants should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in retail as well as 6 months in a leadership position. This position demands availability for a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, along with the physical strength to lift heavy items.
