**Clinical Education Manager**
The Clinical Education Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing dialysis training programs, working closely with operational leadership to maintain superior patient care standards. This role includes developing staff competencies, managing orientation procedures, and promoting regional clinical initiatives. Prospective candidates should hold an Associate or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school and have valid RN state licensure. A minimum of one year of experience in dialysis as a Registered Nurse is necessary, as well as the capability to travel to various facilities.
