Job description
**Retail Freight Team Leader**
The Retail Freight Team Leader is responsible for managing the receiving department, facilitating a smooth transfer of freight to the sales floor, and upholding visual merchandising standards. This position also involves overseeing back stock management, addressing any damaged items, and serving as the Manager on Duty to guide fellow associates. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of 6 months of experience in a mid- to large-sized retail environment. The role demands physical capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds and requires flexibility in scheduling, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
