**Job Title: Nursing Assistant**
The Nursing Assistant supports the nursing staff in delivering patient care, which encompasses assistance with personal hygiene, facilitating mobility, and managing transportation needs. Additionally, they undertake clerical duties and monitor vital signs to maintain patient comfort and safety. Applicants should hold a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification, or possess a minimum of five years of experience in caregiving. A BLS CPR certification is mandatory upon hiring or must be acquired during the orientation phase.
