Job description
The Retail Shift Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing and training team members to facilitate effective store operations and deliver exceptional customer service. This position involves managing daily responsibilities, providing coaching on employee performance, and ensuring store standards and security protocols are upheld. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of experience in retail management or a related role within Goodwill. A high school diploma or GED is desirable, accompanied by excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities.
