Job description
The Security & Guest Services Manager is responsible for overseeing security operations, enhancing guest services, and implementing emergency preparedness strategies within the facility. This role entails training personnel, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, and overseeing security systems to create a secure atmosphere for both guests and staff. Applicants must possess previous management experience in security as well as familiarity with OSHA standards and life-safety systems. A solid command of Microsoft Office and the flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential.
