Job description
The Customer Sales Lead is responsible for creating and executing comprehensive business strategies for Kroger aimed at enhancing volume, profitability, and market share goals. This role requires effective collaboration with the DSD field sales team as well as key stakeholders at customer locations to ensure optimal retail execution and category expansion. Ideal candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of 6 years of experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) sector. Exceptional analytical, financial, and leadership capabilities are essential to navigate intricate customer relationships and oversee P&L duties.
