Job description
The Senior Gardener takes on a leadership role on-site, offering guidance and training to the landscape maintenance team while executing advanced horticultural tasks. This position involves assessing landscape areas, organizing work assignments, and ensuring compliance with industry practices and County regulations. Applicants should have a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification, along with a minimum of two years’ experience in landscape maintenance or horticulture. Candidates will need to acquire certain certifications, such as the Virginia Registered Technician Certification and a Commercial Driver’s License, within the first year of employment.
