Job Summary
The General Laborer is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support construction sites, warehouses, and general labor activities. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to follow instructions to aid in the efficient completion of projects.
Responsibilities
- Assisting skilled tradespeople with various tasks.
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Following safety protocols and regulations consistently.
- Performing inspections and basic maintenance on tools and equipment.
- Executing various manual labor tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to perform physical labor over extended periods.
- Familiarity with safety practices in a work environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Experience in construction or manual labor preferred but not required.
