**Job Title: Service Manager**
The Service Manager is responsible for the daily operations and workflow management within service bays, ensuring that technicians deliver top-notch quality in their work. This role involves overseeing customer interactions, tracking performance metrics, and upholding safety and environmental compliance standards. Applicants should possess 3–5 years of experience in automotive service leadership or a similar role. A solid understanding of automotive systems and diagnostics is essential, with ASE Service Consultant certification being an advantageous asset.
