Job description
**Job Title: Construction Project Manager**
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing significant engineering initiatives, such as water and sewer projects, as well as building construction. Key duties include assessing project plans, tracking financial resources, and coordinating construction efforts with a diverse range of stakeholders. Ideal candidates should have a strong understanding of engineering standards, possess effective project management capabilities, and demonstrate the ability to lead technical teams. A valid driver’s license is mandatory, while familiarity with building codes and experience in construction scheduling are advantageous.
